Led the redesign of Jane’s eCommerce Business Dashboard, modernizing the backend to improve usability, visual clarity, and day-to-day efficiency across omnichannel retail operations for more than 2,500 stores and brands.


Project Purpose
Maintaining backend infrastructure for eCommerce in the cannabis retail sector presents unique challenges, including rapidly changing inventory, dynamic pricing, and the need to support multiple storefronts with varying operational requirements. As enterprise usage increased, the existing Business Dashboard struggled to efficiently support complex, omnichannel workflows.
This project focused on improving the backend experience to streamline high-frequency administrative tasks, reduce friction in product and pricing management, and better support enterprise clients operating at scale.
